This picturesque Cotswold stone-built property in North Oxfordshire was in need of some TLC.

Upon visiting the customer and after extensive discussions, with our Sales consultant, it was decided that a timber ‘look alike’ style window was the best option.

THIS INSTALLATION INCLUDED:

This would offer a flush casement style window with greatly reduced maintenance requirements, essentially for today’s modern home owner.

After viewing our sample windows, the customer chose our mechanically jointed ‘Flush Sash’ window, this offered the overall aesthetic style they were looking for.

This style of window offers a different manufacturing technique to conventional uPVC windows, the butt jointing, enhances the overall appearance of the window. Thus offering a truly timber ‘look alike’ style window at an affordable price.

The final decision to be made was the external colour, after reviewing all the woodgrain foil options available, they chose Agate Grey (RAL 7038) with a white internally.

This was complimented by black monkey tail handles internally and applied astragal glazing bars to offer a truly timber look alike appearance.

CN Glass also changed the very tired looking front door for an Irish Oak ‘Flint square’ composite door from Solidor. This include the standard white option internally, with Black ‘cast iron’ style hardware from the standard Solidor traditional range (also available in pewter)
