Business Development Manager
CN Glass is a well‑established, family‑run manufacturer and installer of high‑quality windows, doors and glazing solutions, based in Banbury, Oxfordshire. For more than 50 years, we have supported homeowners and commercial clients nationwide with bespoke glazing services built on craftsmanship, reliability and innovation.
We are now looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager, reporting to the Managing Director, to join our growing team and play a key role in driving the next phase of our business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Team Leadership — Manage, motivate and support the Sales Team to achieve targets.
- Lead Generation & conversion — Identify new opportunities and convert them into profitable business.
- Sales Strategy Development — Shape and execute a clear, data‑driven sales strategy.
- Brand Awareness — Strengthen CN Glass’s presence across key markets.
- Customer Relationship Management — Maintain, nurture and grow long‑term customer accounts.
- Marketing Collaboration — Work closely with the Marketing Team to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Business Growth — Proactively contribute to the company’s overall growth and commercial success.
Skills & Experience
- Industry Knowledge — Strong understanding of the fenestration sector, including technical aspects.
- Commercial Sales Experience — Proven track record selling windows and doors in a commercial environment.
- Customer Focus — Dedicated to delivering excellent service and building trust.
- Proactive & Results‑Driven — Self‑motivated with a strong drive to exceed targets.
- Data‑Led Decision Making — Ability to interpret data and use insights to guide strategy.
- Account Management — Skilled in managing and developing customer accounts.
- Full UK driving licence
Work Pattern
This is a full‑time, highly rewarding role. The successful candidate will be required to attend the CN Glass office in Banbury twice per week. Customer visits and site appointments will form a regular part of the role.
