Window & Door Health Check – T&Cs

From now until 1st March 2026, CN Glass are offering a Window & Door Health Check for your home.

For the special one-off price of £60.00 per residential property, our team will come out to your home and perform specific checks on your windows, doors and hardware, ensuring your property is ready for the forthcoming spring months.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Window & Door Health Check special offer applies to residential homes only. Outbuildings, garages, and greenhouses are excluded.
  2. The one-off fee of £60.00 inc VAT covers an inspection of your windows, doors, and associated hardware (including locks, handles, and hinges).
  3. If CN Glass identifies any issues during the inspection, they will advise you on recommended next steps.
  4. Any repairs required as a result of the inspection are not included in the Window & Door Health Check fee. Repairs must be booked separately with CN Glass and will be charged accordingly.
  5. This special offer is valid for appointments booked between 13 January 2026 and 1 March 2026.
  6. The offer is available only to properties located within the following postcode areas: OX15, OX16, OX17, OX7*.
  7. Your property must be fully accessible by the CN Glass team and no specialist equipment should be required to access the property and perform the Window & Door Health Check, including ladders.
  8. The Window & Door Health Check fee is £60.00 inc VAT per residential property and is non-refundable.
  9. The Window & Door Health Check fee covers up to 10 windows and two external doors on any one residential property.
  10. The Window & Door Health Check fee is payable to CN Glass at the time of booking.
  11. Should CN Glass be instructed by the customer to make any repairs to windows, doors or hardware, as a result of the Window & Door Health Check, then these repairs will be charged in addition to the Window & Door Health Check Fee. Any Repairs made are guaranteed for a maximum of 12 months.
  12. Should CN Glass be contracted to replace any windows/doors/hardware as a result of the Window & Door Health Check, then these will be charged in addition to the Window & Door Health Check Fee. Replacement windows and doors (only) are guaranteed for a maximum of 10 years.
